Sustainable Prosperity, Inc.,  formerly known as the Greater Pittsboro Community Development Corporation,  nurtures vibrant, diverse, and economically resilient communities.

Our programs are broad-based, innovative, and seek to unite local businesses in vulnerable communities with municipal, county, state, and federal entities. Sustainable Prosperity identifies sources of capital to invest in local and regional economies, and create scalable programs that can be replicated across the state and country.
